The thing with active/volatile stocks is that they indicate alot of emotional trading going on. Emotional trading is my setup. Often times the market blows right through a longer term resistance point before it realizes that it has. Then the professional traders take over and reverse the trend. This can lead to a strong reversal of emotions in non professionals and create great trading opportunities.
