For the installation: SqueakSource is self hosted but you can also
load it from SqueakMap. There are some more packages required (and
this is missing on the SM description...): Monticello (we used
version 150), SmaCC-runtime (for the wiki component, we use version 2
from SM), Seaside 2 (Seaside2-avi.86) and Commanche (we have
KomHttpServer 6.2 but a newer one should be fine too). Mewa and
TinyWiki load automatically because they are requirements of the main
SqueakSource package. The image is 3.7.
Probably you also have to create some directories but I don't quite
remember.
