Money machine: While the above articles do not encourage to trade futures, options or Forex, they leave the door open for a stock trading system. However, a system alone is not enough, you need an advantage, something only a minority has, knows or uses. For example:

This trading robot as a motor. Caution: This robot works partly because of its huge following. Prices of the chosen stocks go up, because other subscribers are buying them. So, keep in mind, to use this system successfully, you will have to sell early and you may need something else: Four systems for exploiting short and long term movements. If the robot is too hot and fast for you, these technical methods can be also used solely, provided that you power them with another motor. My advice for adding an edge to these TA systems is to narrow down your list of selected trading stocks to those that are near a long term (all time or 52-week) high. At least they should show relative strength from where they went off this high, so that it was likely only the market condition that dragged them down. This is a simplistic rule, but it skews statistically the odds in your favor, believe it or not. The reason is that stocks near their high more likely than not have a driving force behind them that got them there and possibly may go on pressing. |
