Statistics are gathered by the program to summarize the number of times during the year each person has been assigned to each task. Individual schedules, task schedules and calendars are produced to show task assignments and the spreadsheet creates a vCalendar file to transfer the schedules to your PDA, Smart Phone and Outlook Calendar for handy reference.
