Hardware Through its integrated TAPI and CAPI interfaces TERAVoice is able to support a wide range of telephony hardware starting from simple voice modem up to Multi-PRI ISDN boards or professional TAPI-based telephony boards even in mixed configurations. Flexibility TERAVoice combines the ease-of-use of simple voicemail solutions and the flexibility of programmable systems. Voice mailboxes, voice menus and several other call handlers can be created with just a few mouse-clicks. At the same time TERAVoice provides an easy to understand programming interface for creation of custom Interactive Voice Response (IVR) application. Through its integrated scripting capabilities, building custom solutions is as easy as creating ASP (Active Server Pages) web pages. Notification TERAVoice is compatible with all SMTP-based messaging systems and mail servers for delivering voice messages and call notifications. Additionally subscribers can be notified via SMS or pager messages and by the MWI (Message Waiting Indicator) of their PBX telephones.
