It runs in the system tray and optionally plays sound and/or shows a balloon tooltip every time a popup is blocked.

Unlike most pop up blockers, PopOops has an emergency switch that automatically closes every Internet Explorer window open. PopOops also has the ability to customize your own level of security settings; High, Medium, or Low.
